Privacy policy

We collect the details you submit in inquiry, custom, repair and business forms, including contact details, project information and uploaded images.

When you use a repair portal, we process account identifiers, repair records, status history and customer-visible photographs. Checkout and shipping details are processed when you place an order.

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, provide products and repair services, operate secure customer and workshop portals, prevent abuse, keep operational records and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use inquiry uploads for unrelated advertising.

The website may use Supabase for authentication, database and private file storage; Stripe for international card payment processing; WeChat Pay and Alipay for domestic payment processing; and hosting or email providers needed to operate the service.

Stripe, WeChat Pay and Alipay collect payment credentials or account identifiers directly. Verphos does not receive full card numbers. Providers may process data in countries other than your own under their contractual and legal safeguards.

We use essential authentication cookies, a language preference cookie and local browser storage for the light or dark theme. The current site does not set advertising cookies.

We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for the service, warranty, accounting, dispute prevention and legal requirements. Repair photographs are private by default and are only exposed to a customer when staff explicitly mark them as customer-visible.

No system is completely secure, but access controls, private storage, validation and audit records are used to reduce risk.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain. Contact hello@verphos.com with a privacy request or complaint.
