Website and service terms

Website descriptions, availability, lead times and images are provided in good faith but may change. A bespoke or repair project begins only after scope, price and material terms are confirmed.

Measurements, colour and hand-finished surfaces may vary within the agreed craft specification.

An order is accepted when Verphos confirms it or begins the agreed work. Hosted card payments are processed by Stripe. You must provide accurate contact, delivery and account information.

Obvious pricing or availability errors may be corrected before fulfilment; if payment has been taken and the order cannot be supplied, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

Custom work is made to an approved brief. Changes requested after materials are ordered or work starts may affect price and timing.

Repair quotations may change if inspection reveals concealed damage, prior modification or unavailable parts. Work outside the approved scope requires further authorization.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for a complete delivery address and any import duties or taxes unless the written order states otherwise.

Ownership and risk transfer as required by the agreed delivery terms and any mandatory consumer law.

Verphos retains rights in its brand, website, photography, designs and production know-how. A custom commission does not transfer production or design rights unless agreed in writing.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses reasonably connected with the affected product or service.
